The Application Process

What type of activity centers are we looking for?

AAE ltd is also interested in talking to any or all multi-activity, motor sport, paintball, clay shooting or other - event venues or specialised team-building corporate activity day companies. Please contact us if you think we can help.

Stage One

The Initial Application

Before we can allow access the members area where you can upload information that will later appear on your online promotional website, we require that you complete the request form available from the contact page.

So that we can see what activities you provide and who you are marketing to, we would also appreciate it if you can send a brochure or copy of your latest marketing literature to our address available on our contact page.

Deciding who we can work with

Last year we advertised the fact that we can help market venues and provide 'bottoms on seats' via a e-mail circular sent out to paintball venues listed on our online paintball site directory www.aapaintball.co.uk.

We received a number of interested replies from companies crying out for inclusion in our network. As with anything, we have to exercise due diligence and make sure that the venues that responded:

a) are not providing a similar activity to one of our existing customers also operating in the same area. (We will tell you if this is the case).

b) actually need additional marketing. (There is little point in raising your profile on the internet if you are already at the top of all the search engines or cannot handle more customers for the majority of time)

c) understand that we do select who we want to finally do business with. (you need to be the actual owner of the venue, have a good track record and be willing to agree to our terms and conditions in order to qualify, although some aspects are negotiable).

Protecting your interests

Before starting a new marketing project we need to define an area within which we will only market your particular venue and event products or services on an exclusive basis.

We do not create areas according to county, rather we prefer to create a virtual zone around your venue, and agree with you not to market on behalf of other similar activity venues that exist inside that area.

Protecting ours

We will need a copy of your terms and conditions cureently offered to your customers so that we can check to see where the customer stands in the event of a problem, such as event cancellation.

We will also need a copy of your current site liability insurance and health and safety policy for our records.

Finalising the agreement

Agreeing Terms

After completing the our negotiation with you we will confirm everything by means of an information pack that contains full details about what services we are going to provide for you, a time scale of when they will come into effect and an agreement that we require you to complete and return to us.

Agreements will be dated for 12 months from the time of signing unless otherwise agreed.

What Happens Next

Collecting marketing information about your venue

This is where things really start to happen.

You will be provided with access to the members area of this web-site where you can upload vital information about your venue, including photos and customer feedback.

Once the vital information is stored we will begin building your online presence and hopefully start taking bookings for your events venue.
