About Us - AAE in Focus

Introduction

All Action Events Ltd was set up in early 2003 by Tom Sullivan and Brandi Theobald, both of who are the directors of the company. The initial 12 month period has been focused on setting up the company infrastructure whilst tentatively introducing one or two new clients from the paintball industry and one from the gift experience industry, namely Buyagift Ltd, HotShots Ltd(Berkshire), Dragon's Lair (Essex).

We slowed the expansion of our company in 2003 in order to better prepare for 2004 where we are planning a more full steam ahead approach, acquiring a broad base of around 20 new venues, drawn from those that have already expressed an interest in our services.

The Company Directors

	Brandi Theobald Sales Director An enthusiastic and experienced customer sales manager and also a director of AAE ltd. Brandi has come from a sales & marketing background in the Hotel industry. Brandi is currently engaged in keeping the venues updated with weekly customer lists whilst also acting as the initial point of contact for new customers wishing to book an event.
	Tom Sullivan Managing Director Tom has a background in web-design, search engine optimisation and web application development as well as having worked as a paintball site operator and a teambuilding facilitator.

The company executives came from the IT, Hotels and Events industries, with a big emphasis on customer service.

Having operated two event venues in his time, Tom Sullivan (MD) disappeared from the events industry for a while to follow a career in web site design, search engine optimisation & web application development, working for a series of uk and American companies including an internet incubation corporation called ci4net which has a head-office in Haymarket, London.

Three years later Tom decided to return to the event industry as a marketing consultant working on a retainer basis for Camelot Events Ltd ,a paintball venue based in Surrey. Whilst continuing as a web development consultant in a variety of industries, Tom developed a highly successful website + search engine strategy that helped Camelot Events Ltd grow by over 300% in 2 years. This allowed Camelot's venue in Surrey to branch out into motorsport and teambuilding days (Camelot website created by Tom here).

With this success in hand and by teaming up with a talented young bookings and marketing manager from the hotel industry, Brandie Theobald, All Action Events Ltd came into being which would focus on providing the same winning formula to a wider variety of outdoor activity venues in all areas of the uk.
